By accessing AUREUS, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the studio. Membership is granted subject to ongoing compliance.
2. Membership & Billing
Memberships are billed annually in advance. Tiers define the number of entities and features available. Upgrades take effect immediately or at renewal per your choice. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
3. Your Responsibilities
You are responsible for the accuracy of the data you enter and for safeguarding your account credentials. AUREUS is an intelligence tool, not a fiduciary; decisions made using the studio are yours.
4. Not Financial Advice
AI outputs — classifications, projections, and coaching — are informational. They do not constitute legal, tax, or investment advice. Consult a qualified professional for binding decisions.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the platform, attempt to access others' data, or reverse-engineer the service. Violations may result in termination without refund.
6. Termination
You may cancel renewal at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the studio ceases.
